Limited Warranty:

LittleOne.Care ("the Company") is committed to the quality and reliability of our products ("Product" or "Products"). We provide this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, affirming that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty is valid exclusively for Products purchased and utilized within the United States.

Warranty Specifications:

Product Application: The Products are not designed or intended for medical use and do not possess the capability to diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. They are not subject to regulation or approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory entity.

Product Capabilities:

Designed to enhance user experience through technology, our Products do not engage in the collection, monitoring, or display of vital signs or medical data.

User Interactions:

Detailed Warranty Coverage:

For New Electronic Products: The Warranty extends for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date, applicable solely to new electronic Products.

For Replacement Products:

Replacement electronic Products, including sensors, obtained directly from LittleOne.Care's official website, are covered under this Warranty for six (6) months from the replacement date or for the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period, whichever is longer.

For Non-Electronic Products:

A thirty (30) day Warranty Period is provided for non-electronic Products from the date of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This Warranty does not encompass:

Products not acquired through LittleOne.Care or its authorized resellers.
Damages attributable to misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations or repairs, inadequate maintenance, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
Damages caused by external factors, including but not limited to environmental conditions.

Warranty Remedies:

Upon validation of a warranty claim, the Company, at its discretion, will either (a) repair the defective Product or component, (b) replace the defective Product or component, or (c) refund the original purchase price. Repaired or replaced Products will carry a Warranty for the remaining original Warranty Period or for three (3) months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.

Implied Warranties Disclaimer:

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

Product Disposal:

End-of-life Products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please refer to our website or consult local authorities for information on environmentally responsible recycling.
